Cesta domů home hospice provides care for terminally ill patients at the end of their lives and supports their loved ones in coping with this difficult period. Doctors and nurses provide patients with 24/7 medical care. Psychosocial workers help the dying and their loved ones cope with the difficult situation. Respite assistants and volunteers help with everyday activities. Cesta domů also provides support to bereaved families throughout the whole year.

DEJME DĚTEM ŠANCI supports children and young people growing up in children’s homes across the Czech Republic, helping them prepare for life after leaving institutional care and integrate successfully into society. The organization connects specific children with individual supporters and runs tailored programs such as scholarships, starter housing and practical help for independent living.

Dětské krizové centrum specializes in professional help for abused, sexually abused and neglected children, and remains the only center in Czech Republic focused specifically on child victims of sexual abuse. It provides crisis intervention, social and therapeutic services, and a telephone helpline, to help abused children, or children in difficult life circumstances.

Člověk v tísni combines humanitarian aid, long-term development and human rights work in more than 50 countries, as well as social and educational programs in Czech Republic. It provides immediate aid to people in need in the event of natural disaster or wartime crisis. Člověk v tísni also focuses on long-term support for people living in poverty and unacceptable living conditions.

ŽIVOT 90 is a Prague-based non-profit that helps older people live independently, safely and with dignity, in their own homes and communities. It provides a wide range of services for seniors and their caregivers, including an emergency response service, helplines, home and respite care, counselling, physiotherapy and a vibrant community center with educational and leisure activities.
